What is CSS?
CSS is an acronym for Cascading Style Sheets. CSS is a mechanism for adding style (e.g. fonts, colors, spacing) to Web documents. Attaching a CSS sheet to an HTML document influences its layout when accessed via a browser. CSS can cascade - two or more stylesheets can be applied to a single html document. CSS is becoming the most important tool for web designers. It's the future of web standards.
